Kate has 10 years of architectural experience working predominantly in the renovation and retrofit of historic and listed buildings in the domestic sector. This has run alongside a long standing interest in sustainable building practices and upgrading older buildings for lower carbon outcomes and better comfort for occupants. Now, as a Passive House designer Kate is using PHPP modelling to formalise and inform this approach.
