Timmy Whitehouse

Timmy’s experience spans six years designing and implementing affordable housing, education and civic projects in the UK and Rwanda and leading hands-on participatory design projects in Malawi, Zambia, Colombia and Greece. He has also worked as a sustainable design consultant in Mexico City.

As a Senior Architect at MASS Design Group in Kigali, Rwanda, Timmy played a lead role in managing the design team through an innovative, low carbon new university building project from campus masterplan to construction.

In the UK, Timmy has experience developing a wide range of high quality affordable housing projects from large scale estate regeneration schemes and new neighbourhoods to small garage infill sites.

Timmy views quality housing, education and civic spaces as vital infrastructure for people to grow and enrich their lives and is passionate about projects that give more people access to these resources and their impact.
