Mina has worked across a broad range of sectors in practice, including residential, commercial, community, healthcare, education and ecclesiastical buildings, where she gained experience in heritage projects.
She is passionate about inspiring and working with people and communities to understand the need for future-proofing their projects. Ecological and energy-efficient design / retrofitting using a holistic approach is one of her main strengths.
Mina undertook a PhD that looked at integrating food production on buildings and has an MSc in Sustainable Building. Mina is an Associate Lecturer and RIBA Apprenticeship Research Lead at the School of Architecture at Oxford Brookes University.
